Educational advocacy services support students whose mental health, social-emotional, or behavioral needs impact learning. NeuroBloom partners with families to navigate school systems, understand evaluations, and ensure appropriate, supportive services are in place.
Services
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a 30-minute phone or virtual meeting designed to understand your concerns, review your child’s needs, and determine whether educational advocacy services are a good fit.
Fee: $50
Review & Recs
This service includes a comprehensive review of previous evaluations and current or proposed IEPs, with written recommendations outlining feedback, areas of concern, and suggested next steps. A 30-minute phone or virtual meeting is included to review findings, answer questions, and discuss how to move forward.
Fee: $150
Ongoing Advocacy
Ongoing advocacy provides continued support as your child’s needs evolve. Services may include attendance at IEP or school-based meetings, written correspondence with school teams, consultation with families, in-person observation of educational programs, and review of new or updated records and evaluations.
Fee: $75/hr
A $300 deposit is required to cover the first three hours of advocacy.

No. NeuroBloom does not conduct psychoeducational evaluations through advocacy services. Advocacy focuses on reviewing existing records, interpreting school data, and supporting families in collaboration with school teams.
What ages do you work with?
Educational advocacy services are available for children ages 3+ and adolescents.
Do you attend IEP or school meetings?
Yes. Ongoing advocacy may include attending IEP or school-based meetings virtually or in person, as appropriate.
Can you review IEPs and school evaluations?
Yes. Record reviews include a thorough review of prior evaluations and current or proposed IEPs, along with written feedback and recommendations.
Do you communicate directly with schools?
With parent consent, advocacy may include written correspondence and collaboration with school teams.
How does billing work for ongoing advocacy?
Ongoing advocacy is billed at $75 per hour. A $300 deposit is required to cover the first three hours of advocacy, with additional time billed as services are provided.
Is advocacy covered by insurance?
Educational advocacy services are not covered by insurance and are offered as self-pay services.
