The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based, trauma-informed listening intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and based on his Polyvagal Theory. SSP helps regulate the autonomic nervous system by stimulating the vagus nerve through specifically filtered music, allowing clients to feel safer, more connected, and better able to engage in life and therapy.

ADHD Evaluations

NeuroBloom offers comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to better understand attention, executive functioning, and self-regulation challenges across daily life. Evaluations are trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based practice.

Each ADHD evaluation includes an initial intake appointment and standardized screening measures completed by the individual. For children and adolescents, additional input is gathered through parent and school-based screeners to provide a well-rounded understanding of functioning across settings. Findings are integrated to identify strengths, areas of challenge, and practical recommendations to support growth and success.

When clinically indicated, observation services may be recommended for an additional fee. ADHD evaluations at NeuroBloom are screening-based, clinically informed assessments and are not full neuropsychological evaluations. Results may be used to guide treatment planning, educational supports, or referrals for further evaluation when appropriate.
