This six-week introduction to the Enneagram offers a gentle, secular way to understand patterns in how we think, feel, and respond to the world. Rather than focusing on labels or personality traits, the course explores emotional patterns, core motivations, and what tends to show up for us during times of stress and growth. Through short videos and simple reflection prompts, you’ll learn about the nine Enneagram types, why finding your type can feel confusing, and how greater awareness can support flexibility, self-compassion, and more intentional choices. The goal isn’t to define or box you in, but to offer insight that helps you understand yourself more clearly — without religious or spiritual framing.
